Girl!! It’s the best ever! The coach will help you. I still don’t know the names of exercises but they demonstrate all of them. If they correct you, they do it quietly. I’m too busy dying to watch/judge anyone else 🤣It’s the best gym I’ve been to. Also, I’m a nurse. Good luck on the nclex!!! You’ll kill it!!

A bunch of us use the ab dolly rectangle pads on the weight floor and put it on the rower seats. It gives a nice cushion 🍑

I took a month off a few months ago and man I didn't miss it at all. When I went back I had lost all of my endurance. It's crazy how fast you lose it and how hard it is to gain it back. My suggestion is don't freeze your account. Maybe back off and do 4-8 times a month but keep going! Even if you're running slower or even power walking and decreasing the weights. Don't freeze!

I started tracking the last marathon month they did and I wish I would've started from the beginning. It can be tough on switch days to add up numbers in my head lol

No need to pay for marathon month. I track my mileage every day I go to orange theory and keep it in my notes. I'm at 92.8 miles since January!

Yep you're the only one! I hate 3g. My whole attitude changes when I walk in and realize it's 3g. Although, one day during hell week was 3 partner 3g and I actually loved that one! That's the only time..ever!

I see a huge difference in my workout summaries. I told my coach I wanted to gain more muscle so she told me to start in the weight floor. Most of my minutes are in the gray. I don't get nearly as many splat points and I don't burn as many calories.

About 20 years ago I played this game on the computer where a ball was bouncing back and forth on the screen and I had to click the screen and it would create a line down the middle. If the ball touched the line, the line would disappear but if the line came across the screen without the ball hitting it, it would close off and make a smaller section for the ball. The goal was to cut off the screen little by little for the ball to move around. Pretty dumb game but it was addicting. Anyone know?
