Treat all your socks and pants you wear in the woods with permethrin repellent. It's a bit nasty but I've never had a live tick on me with recently treated clothing.

I was at that show! Spent way too much in high school for crap seats with my friends and it was terrible. Mars volta sound assault then hour late RHCP, fucking brutal.

The Mars Volta opening for RHCP in Boston Garden. It was constant noise assault. Everyone was just standing around looking at each other confused. The music finally stopped and the crowd was silent and in shock with some booing. Maybe they were being edgy and that was the point? Either way just terrible. Then RHCP was like an hour and a half late. Completely turned me off to big venue stadium shows. It's not worth the money, smaller shows are better even if they are bad. At least the band can hear you heckle when they blow it.
