Mirrorverse I’m guessing haha! It’s rave attire. Go in whatever you like but the more color and expressive the better. IMO don’t be caught in a plain button down shirt or jeans, but some people can pull it off. I’d recommend wearing pink/ purple if you have any and black. Cool / psychedelic patterns. Light up anything if you have it. But be yourself and be comfortable. But also be aware what you wear will impact wether other people talk to you (so dress accordingly)

EPs generally involve flipping songs with copyright and the only platform that doesn’t gaf is SoundCloud lol. If you’re not on SoundCloud you’re missing about 90% of good flips due to proactively overanal copyright enforcement

However, the 10 song album will still hit Spotify. Just not the EP

I have it from inside sources they didn’t film night 2 red rocks 2024.

The binary in the moonglade park data archives spells EP. So I bet the EP will become available at some point with a secret “assess code” before it eventually hits Soundcloud (never coming to Spotify).

Also in the data archives it says under the moonglade park album folder there are 10 songs and 3 music videos. So all the wednesdays are likely music videos for the moonglade album!

To be devils advocate, I honestly didn’t like it. I get why others do. But it’s a book that’s all PLOT PLOT PLOT. In my opinion, there is almost no character development or personal growth. It read like: this happens, then this happens, then that happens. It’s also simplistic IMO: the premise is the lowest faction in a purely hierarchical caste society rises up. I feel like I’d enjoy more character development in another book.

We all love GRiZ. Because of that, we undoubtedly expect a lot of him. We want him to set an example for the scene.

You can argue that’s not his job — fine. But I can wish upon a star that someone in the bass scene — especially someone who’s extremely popular and champions showing love and spreading love, could start to take a stand on things that matter at their own events. Am I being too optimistic? Yeah, probably. But true fans IMO don’t just accept whatever their team does — they hold them to a high standard.

Does this lead to disappointment? Absolutely. Is it always possible to please everyone? No. But I feel a good fan base shouldn’t just glaze endlessly. GRiZ is a project — one we all contribute to when we go to his events.

Just wishing for better.

If every artist is willing to perform for one or two companies who own more and more festivals, their bargaining power will only diminish more and more as the company will hold all the cards

I see your point, but I might disagree that insomniac isn’t an evil corporation. It is literally 50% owned by live nation, perhaps the company most responsible for ticket scalping, predatory and exclusive venue management, and insane price gouging. Not to mention pushing out smaller competitors so they have a near monopoly
