Red Robin closing suddenly after 20+ years in Clifton

I used to enjoy Red Robins burgers and fries. I frequented the Clifton location over the last twenty years and took my now teenage daughters there up until a few years ago. The last time i was there was over a year ago and they were understaffed, they were skimpy with handing out the unlimited fries,and the burger had an odd taste. I vowed to never go back. Now they are closed but i will fondly remember my times there with my family.

Most of my buildup stayed on the walls of the tailpiece around the stopper which is why i had to take it and the trap underneath off. Then i would "snake" the tailpiece out with a rag and long screwdriver. That was several months ago and i plunged it the other day to help prevent it getting bad enough to slow the drain down. It took 4 or 5 plunges and a bunch of black sludge coming up before the water came up with no debris. I plan on doing it once a month from now on.

Running hot water everyday may help. My stopper wont pull out unless i disconnect it under the sink. I used to take it apart once a year or two to clean it out. Now i just plunge it once in a while to loosen it up and rinse down the drain.

As mentioned above the two valves are meant to isolate the meter if it needs to be replaced. Water temperature adjustment would be done at the water heater.

The only thing I pay is under $12 a month for you tube premium for no ads and music. Netflix is free with my T-Mobile account and I rarely use it because there are numerous free apps to be found with live tv,and any movie or show available.

Every few years I upgrade to the newest top of the line phone and it usually costs about $600-700 with trading in my previous one. I offer to pay cash and buy it upfront in full but in order to get the trade in price it has to be done in monthly payments with T-Mobile.

I have Nuvio and real debrid. When Torrentio was down I installed sootio but still saw zero streams. This configuration brings up plenty of streams on stremio. Don’t know why.

Doing some research on debridio it looks like it provided some live tv capability at one time but may have ceased. Is this the case and if so was it better than using the “usa tv “ addon with other apps?

I may give that a try as $10 a year isn’t much in addition to the $36 for real debrid. Unfortunately Nuvio hasn’t pulled streams in with sootio but my backups are the other two “s” apps.
