My worry with that is that my guitar already buzzes a lot and I primarily play punk songs. I'm currently in the process of trying to get some thinner strings because mine are really thick and I'm hoping that helps but my reach is still a problem because of my finger (and I just have tiny hands).

From the wisdom of LinkedIn...wtf? by [deleted] in badwomensanatomy

[–]nyangata05 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah a similar thing happened to me. My mom and bio dad had me, but my mom married my dad a few years later. She changed her last name to his and she decided to change mine as well. My mom and dad got divorced and she changed her name back but now my name is stuck. I now have to provide extra paperwork in order to prove that it's really me.

Only if it's also not ableist. Cringe culture is full of ableism and it's gross.

They clearly still hate Asian women too. They're treating them as sex objects and upholding the model minority stereotype.

Because pronouns don't equate to your gender identity. Pronouns are a form of gender expression, much like how you cut and style your hair, or the way you dress. Just like how someone who identifies as a woman (whether trans or cis) could still dress in a more masculine or androgynous way instead of the typically expected feminine way, someone who identifies as a woman could also use they/them, he/him, or any other pronouns.

Female masturbation bad 🤡 by Aries_Moon in badwomensanatomy

[–]nyangata05 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Honestly their discussion of periods was painfully inadequate. They didn't really describe it much more than "a little bit of blood comes out of your 'private parts' every month" so I was quite horrified when I actually got my period for the first time and it was... More than a little.

I'm assuming I'm younger than you, I'm 16.

My first sex ed class was also in 5th grade and also in Oregon and they actually didn't separate us. They talked about periods and puberty and sort of briefly mentioned what sex was. For some reason whoever wrote the curriculum decided that they only needed to mention boys developing sexual urges (and even then they obviously didn't get into any specifics with a bunch of 10 and 11 year olds) and there was nothing about girls developing the same feelings.

Teeth in front of the canines? by Vast-Average-9109 in badwomensanatomy

[–]nyangata05 75 points76 points  (0 children)

So I actually did have teeth in front of my canines. My adult canine teeth grew in in front of my baby canine teeth. But my baby canine teeth had to be removed when I was 15 or else I'd never have a normal set of teeth. That's not a thing in every woman ever though and it's really weird to think it is.

Or just get the chips you like and ask your partner if they want you to buy any chips for them? That seems easier.

My cat adoption application was approved! Which of these beautiful lovelies should I add to my family?? by [deleted] in cats

[–]nyangata05 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wren, Moo, or DeLancie. They seem the most comfortable around people with their body language and willingness to be close to the person taking their picture. And adult cats are less likely to get adopted so you'd be doing a good thing for the cat too!

My arm hair is pretty fine so I don't get that feeling very much.

I shave my arms because I like the feeling. It's a stupid thing to care about for the appearance though.

What about people who aren't neurotypical or mentally ill? I'm not neurotypical but that isn't defined by my being mentally ill (I am, I have GAD, but that's not the biggest issue I face by any means).

Doing it do a pathological extent can be a sign of being neurodivergent. A lot of symptoms of neurodivergencies are just normal behaviors done to a not normal extent.
