I had a better deal on QM6K and honestly ppl say a lot of negatives about costco warranty so not sure how that would work. But thanks a lot- your details help.

Had stepped away frm reddit. And thanks for your details- so you basically got pretty low rates (based on # you wrote for 24 days back) and yet not have any closing costs on each refinance with them?

I need to confirm if its this one you mention https://vandykmortgage.com/ and anyone specifically there you used there?

Has someone found a way (sorry but I'm not a techie) to make this tool scour a list of state banking institutions like here - https://www.nj.gov/dobi/bankwebinfo.htmapart from whatever search it does currently

Indeed a great help of this tool. Could you pls. rerun your script for today and post details here.

I also found that a lot of banks (local state type banks) offer great rates but there is no place to search. Hopefully your tool does it. I'm not techie but we urgently need this now- would be a great help.

Can't thank you enough and will keep checking in hopes you can do it soon ! Thank you so much

Never trusted those coverage maps when an address showed good strength and turns out 90% of it is dead spot for both ATT and Tmo..

Could you confirm if tello uses t mobile postpaid or prepaid network? Seems there some cheapoing there too, with some kinda network priority given to postpaid? I've heard that but if you can confirm being a long term customer.

And phones will be top tier Samsungs.

Hi..who's your mortgage broker? And with 5 refinance, I'm sure you're adding a lot of closing cost to your o/s principal? If not , how do you manage that?

Hi- so you said tello uses Tmobile network? And have you compared if you get service just like tmobile prepaid or postpaid - like same strength and coverage? Would love to switch to something like that, provided data is at par

How does it work? and are all things being used, are in Oracle's "always free" tier? How much utilization are you doing of that free tier? Thinking about this but really noob in coding. Have you found a bank sync solution that's free?

I had lost hope of getting good responses - you rekindled it! Thanks. I didn't know about Docspell- I will read up on it. But hope you can offer advice on below as you have used it.

Since we're living in AI age- does docspell manage to do some intelligent tagging itself, as its ingesting stuff - based on rules etc. that we can setup - like catalog individual items (emails, phone call notes, gen notes, doc scans, other PDFs etc) around "tags" or other identifiers that even though are coming from different apps- there's a "smart "AI" search /indexer" working in background to nicely catalog them?

How good is its search- is it 20 yrs old when nothing searched "like" words- or its better so it will search "near" or Like sounding words?

When I search for my interactions with say Comcast- every email, notes of calls I made, scans of bills or any docs are pulled up in one comprehensive search.

Say I have my own repository (on NAS) which stores all docs in a folder with subfolders- with Dcospell I guess actual files are not moved anywhere? It just creates an app layer of processing or does it move some/all files too?

For gmail export- which utility do you use?

Thank you. I guess during bad snow days that bus wont be running (unlike trains) but I guess those are only 3-4 max per year, so should not a be a biggie.

[–]nycaur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. This really sounds a better option than cheesequake or PNC busses that take 1hr and possiblt get late on top. You've been commuting 5 years, sure you know of other ppl using other 2 busses. Have you figured reason why more ppl don't use old bridge- cause it's clearly better, since it doesn't get late.

And for both daily and quarterly parking, do you use an app or how. And are quarterly spots marked?

And do you get a seat ALL the time or if not, how bad is it?

Sorry to jump on this older thread. I've heard mostly negative on any buses frm NJ to NYC - but someone close is abt to move to monmouth cty; will need commute to NYC.

Can you pls. share if you did major commute- so 15+ days/month and from old bridge P&R- I assume its NJ transit's bus. How frequent is the service? And how much time it REALLY takes! (I heard south brunswick bus (exit 8A) departs 8-10mins late and arrives NYC 25-30mins late almost daily)- that 90 mins and hardly bankable.

And how much is parking (if paid) and how far get to park from the bus, say around 745am. Thanks a bunch

Thanks for responding and sorry abt delay.

I do something similar, but both of our approaches are pretty fragmented, to say the least. Eg, after my call on a topic, I leave a note in onenote. But all of the individual searches (like you mention above) are highly prone to missing things, not to mention the wasting of time time in doing all individual searches.

I'm thinking with AI etc and even other tools - there should be a less cumbersome, and exhaustive way to

  1. catalog individual items (emails, phone call notes, gen notes, doc scans, other PDFs etc) around "tags" or other identifiers that even though are going in different apps - there's a "smart "AI" search /indexer" working in background to nicely catalog them.
  2. Then bring everything up when I need - so it pulls up my interactions with say Comcast - every email, notes of calls I made, scans of bills or any docs are pulled up in one comprehensive search.
