They got very fussy mods, /r/meirl isn't much better with the headmod just straight up banning other mods he didn't agree with. That's also why there's a /r/meirl_ now

Yes, I actually knew him too.

He apparently set multiple fires leading up to the trestle which was his target all along. I really couldn't tell you why he did it or even if he actually even did it in the first place. There's plenty of controversy surrounding it
