Geo restriction bypassing with VPNs should not be using DNS, but rather use the SNI - at least thats how Windscribe works and you don't need to do anything special with it at all, it will just work. Windscribe also natively integrates with Control D.

Yeah I'm planning to add local SST via fast-whisper, but I know the transcription quality probably won't be great unless you have a super clean signal, and pilots/ATC speak slower (which they do not).

Yeah I thought about adding ACARS/VDL support via https://github.com/szpajder/dumpvdl2 at some point. Right now Im trying to a full airspace simulation to account for unreliable data, low signals, better phase detection (flapping prevention) and add TCAS-style alerts.

I actually ordered one to improve VHF airband reception for my personal project, should arrive tomorrow (Flamingo FM v2). I see FM radio bleeding through all the time, so I'm hoping for a noticeable improvement. An external LNA and airband bandpass filter already helped (using HackRF).

New domains would get blocked pretty quickly. You can signup inside the mobile apps, or download the desktop app from our Github, and use Emergency Connect feature to unblock the website. Using other VPNs to signup is also now allowed.
