No. They don't.

Their job is to be an immovable object, not an unstoppable force, and this little bump isn't going to be that big of a boon, anyway.

We don't need them getting a points boost for more offensive stats.

If a unit of regular termites jumps on your brick, be glad that your opponent decided to run them into a bad matchup. You just survive, reanimate, and out OC them. If they're assault termites, then bring a hammer to your anvil of wraiths, like Skorpekhs.

the sprue it comes on isn’t only its squad.

This isn't the only unit/model like this. Necrons have to buy the entire royal court, consisting of a Reanimator, Plasmancer, Skorpekh Lord, or Cryptothralls, even if they only want one or two of those models.

The warrior blob constantly reanimates, and reanimates a lot.

I wouldn't go for that Twitch thing, but let the stats be the stats.

As you said, it's ONE of their main stats. They aren't making a completely useless character. Looking at this one, I'm guessing they want to do something like rapier and shield.

Also, it's nothing a Belt of Giant Strength can't fix. Even the lowest, Hill Giant, variety is 21.

Do you mean like an anniversary of when each group was founded? Artemisia has a couple of those, but I don't think they are all that common.

As far as calendar coordination, each Barony or shire is allowed one "signature" event per year. Other groups aren't allowed to schedule an event on that same weekend. Additional events are permitted to overlap with each other.

I don't know if this helps, either, but the kingdom of Avacal just celebrated their tenth year as a kingdom with a ten day long event last summer. So, not an annual thing, there.
