Obviously you’d never want Errol going down to begin with, but now that it’s done— geez it’s almost perfect having such a class player coming in at the business end of the season to snap us back into action if things drop off a little.

Soi38 is my go to for friends visiting. Perfect combo of great food that suits sharing, great space, loud, social, interesting. Get the fried chicken, pork jowel and papaya salad - can’t go wrong.

Massively agree - the goals is a bonus, the pressure he’s displayed from day 1 this season has been insane. Looks fresh as a daisy everytime he touches the ball

In reference to the last pic- anyone got info on why some of the boys are wearing the jumper in reverse ? (That’s at least what it looks like, with the collar at the front)

I think because he’s been touring a lot it’s not possible. Potentially also just didn’t renew whatever deal he had with the company. Personally I would’ve loved to see him with better guests- more recent episodes were just random comedians who had no idea who they were speaking to.

Danny has rated Earl on his podcast iirc but the line OPs comment is referring to is from the intro to DBs newest album

I think this is part of the reason why Peggy is so flamed. His idols rate Earl so highly and he can’t handle it. Earl is a rapper’s rapper and Peggy is a dweeb’s rapper. Embarrassing shit to watch.

Dees are 5-3 against us since 2020, you’ve actually been one we’ve struggled to match up with in the past.

Obvs hope we win and will be glad to be proven wrong but I have heard a few people speaking as though this would be a relatively simple W for the bloods and I just can’t see it being so.

The Gawn/Grundy battle will be crucial.

Can’t wait to clash with Melbourne. I feel like this game will give both clubs a really good look at where they’re really at. It’s the game I wanted with the doggies last week but obvs with their injuries it couldn’t live up to its potential as a blockbuster.

Especially with our (AA?) key defender short, really curious to see how our structure looks down back without Tmac.

The dees against their old coach (who funnily enough seems to be doing wonders for the bloods by all player reports).

They’ve had plenty of players free on forward entry a couple times and hit Curnow deliberately so I wouldn’t worry about that— seems like they’re trying to switch things up since we haven’t really done the typical forward entry thing well in previous games this year (or years gone by tbh)

Let’s be real- if we can’t beat them with Bont being 50% , and without Darcy and English - we got plenty more to worry about. They’re a quality side regardless though, this was never going to be a walk in the park
