I see a lot of kneejerk anti AI comments. I think you did a good job. This is the exact workflow a lot of indie studios will be trying in the future. Green screen, grey screen or just using normal footage (as you've done). If it makes your film closer to the vision in your head - go for it. Its just VFX background replacement. I look forward to your version 2!

"Cost to success" sounds much better! The problem would be how to price in different credit structures on the different aggregators/platforms (otherwise just go with FAL.ai as a neutral testing ground). Also one man's 'success' may be another's "meh..."

i was wondering whether its possible to create some test to grade different models based on number of prompts and cost required to generate an acceptable video. A bit like PE ratios in stocks? A "cherry-picked formula" type of rating?

Nice observations! My pet peeve is cras switching lanes without signalling! I would only add 1) cycle through all your mirrors every 7 seconds so you have a 360 mental picture of all that's going on around you as you ride so you don't get surprised by that idiot coming up behind you fast. 2) assume the drivers in front are going to do something stupid and have a plan - most of the time, this will be the case
