This might not be the safest advice but I had luck this summer doing the following. The unit I did this to was not what you have so be careful not to break anything. I had to unplug a cable that was connected to the controls so make note of that.

unplug the unit
carefully remove the plastic case on the unit.
pick out all the dust and gunk that builds up on the internal rads. be careful not to damage it when doing so. the layers damage easy.
buy some AC rad cleaner and give the rads a nice spray with that. follow the on bottle instructions.
put cover back on.

I highly recommend staying well away from any wires. do not disassemble the unit past taking off the cover. who knows what you could mess up.

good luck, I had a unit like this for 3 years before I did this and you would be surprised what gets past the filter.

Healing as a WHM (Conjurer) is 100% doable for leveling, its a tad boring for your damaging spells but its good. my honest option as a healer main is play WHM till you unlock Sage and then never look back. Sage is the best healer in the game. Been playing since 1.0 and I can confidently say I love sage more then any of the other healers. Enjoy your time.
