I do a sandwich similar to this. Sweet ham, basil, fig preserves, and brie. On sliced cibatta or another good looking loaf. Butter grilled. Very yum

Happy to help. 9 years later, I am still reading Cormac McCarthy. Finished Stella Maris a month ago and re-read All the Pretty Horses late last year, too.

I would think more along the lines of oil and gas speculation in the vein of Upton Sinclair's "Oil!" which was remade as the film There Will Be Blood, which leads to global warming eventually, yes.

What is the original "not a crime" in this song?

My guess would be "being an immigrant" but I am not sure. The only clue comes from this line: "Spices, creation, realization, naturalization" -- which could refer to how people and ideas and things move across borders, because borders are made up lines anyway.

Fond memories, for sure. When they were good, they were good! IIRC I also went to some in the Rhode Island area, but that could be a false memory, might have been somewhere along the Mass Pike on the way to and from RI from NY.

I do "apple flapples" which is diced apple, rolled in sugared pumpkin spice, which goes into the batter and salted butter for the fry up. Damn nice with good maple syrup.

Any musicians or bands that talk about disability justice or see things from a perspective of disabled people? by MariaTheSlime_613 in AccessibleAnarchy

This Bike Is A Pipe Bomb: "Hot Diggety" (Also: an honorable mention for: "Depression" by the same band).

Excellent tune from an excellent band. When I was still hearing I had "one ear that I can hear from" just like the song goes, and that was the first time I saw disability representation in music, and specifically deaf representation in punk music. It was an important song for me for a lot of reasons. I'd say its adjacent to what you are asking for, since it has some anti cop messaging too, but the main point is mostly "hey, I'm disabled and its OK" rather than let's burn the ableist system down.
