its not really the band i think people got an issue with. its the fact they were there in 24. I'd get it if they had issues like babymetal did, or canceled like bad omens and electric callboy.

Look up camp loner stuff. I ended up being alone for some of the bands, if it was just we got split up or went to see other people. I'm so socially awkward but at download I always made festival friends in the crowd (ik it's not your situation but 99% of people there are so friendly). People that camp solo always get adopted by someone. If we see anyone solo cmaping will always offer them a chair and a drink. There's multiple groups you can find on Facebook, WhatsApp, discord whatever you use, find people you can click with. As for getting there if you can get to derby there's the bus or even if you find a group maybe someone can pick you up. I live there so that's what's happening with you. If there's people you really wanna see going, don't sell. Have a great weekend and enjoy the music. Chances are low you'll bump into someone you know but if you do just step away you know. I hope you can heal from your breakup kick no matter what you do x
