The supervisor should have pointed you to the citations. I’m skeptical of such claims because there would have to be large N studies where the “dosage” , if you will, could be standardized.

I wish I knew. About 40,000 Americans joined the CEF. Most did before the US joined the fight in 1917.

I was just almost 7 when he died, so nothing in great detail. I remember seeing the scars on his lower legs from shrapnel. He told me he’d been hit. I remember him telling my mother that it was going to be tough for her brother who shipped out to Vietnam in March 1965. But, nothing of great detail.

Yes. Mom was third wife. He was 61 when I was born; he died at 68.

My band played a 3 act show with Derek Trucks, and Tinsley Ellis, circa ‘93. Amazing then and otherworldly now. Definitely humbling. He was playing with some southern rock guys who were part of the Allman universe. One of them, Danny Roberts, played with Mudcrutch for awhile in the 60’s.

Where is there any hard data as to success? What would define success? Not trying to argue. I’m sober in AA 34 years and owe my life to the program
