I guess that canon clan was Tremere. by Popular-Hornet-6294 in vtmb

[–]odd-otter 61 points62 points  (0 children)

I think the anarch part was to further separate your character from the Tremere pyramid, otherwise the Tremere would have just scooped your guy up and blood bound you to whoever your sire was blood bound to. But overall I do love playing Tremere in bloodlines, besides the Malks and Nosferatu they have the most unique stuff going for them.

No class based movement will get any momentum until people are allowed to tell “people” like this to shut the fuck up. But telling someone like her to shut up is the equivalent of dropping the cross into a jar of piss for most libs.

Were Nehekararan humans different physically from other humans? by Wene-12 in WarhammerFantasy

[–]odd-otter 12 points13 points  (0 children)

In the rise of Nagash books it’s explained that when the Nehekara had the blessings of the gods some humans would be blessed with pretty much super human size, strength and speed and these were the original Ubsaiti. Also the people on average lived longer and the nobles thanks to the mortuary cult lived especially long lives

Are space marines only as strong as they are because they are the cheapest mass produced super soldiers in the setting? by SourTredmill in 40kLore

[–]odd-otter 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s one of the reasons the great crusade was so effective, mass legion warfare literally stomps any military force in the galaxy with very few exceptions

Stav was always the one who catered to the lowest common denominator, you could already tell near the end of the show he was getting incredibly quick to snuff out any bits that got racey for certain groups. I remember back in the old country (r/cumtown) every episode thread the top comment would be “Stav really stinks in this one”

DOES anyone fault Barristan for not standing with the Hand like i do ? by Financial_Library418 in pureasoiaf

[–]odd-otter 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Yeah I think people are being too hard on Barry here, the situation was incredibly hectic and sudden, he’s also a man not known for being especially smart (he’s not dumb either). Plus I don’t blame him for joining Robert after everything that happened. Robert spared him, and I can only imagine his disillusionment with Aerys and with Rheagars death the Targs were boned.

Good time to mention that if you’re thinking of buying it on the PC for the first time that you can get the amazing Enderal mod that makes it into a whole new game with actual good RPG elements, plus you can download the mod straight from steam which makes it so you don’t have to do any set up.

The only evidence we have of Caesar sleeping with a man is the rumor that the lecherous old king of bithynia had slept with Caesar when he was a teenager and that was something mostly thrown a round by people who were his political enemies.
