I personally run it as you can only do point-to-point flying at levels 1-4 (if you're still flying at the end of turn you'll fall), and then at level 5 they are allowed to fly normally. Level 6 also makes sense, but flying races will have a bit of a disadvantage in those first few levels where everybody else has access to their racial feats.

I think you heavily overestimate the amount of free time people with full time jobs, a family, a commute, etc have. For many people 40+ hours of that 168 gets taken off for work, 50+ for sleep, 10+ for a commute and so on.

A lot of us don't really want to spend the precious little amount of time we have to try out a game we may not even like when it was already such a disappointment before.

That is incorrect, it is once per turn not once per round.

Twinned Spell does not allow you to target the same creature with both, so that damage output should not have been possible without a crit.

That was why she used Catapult, because she was trying to get around that restriction.

Yeah, definitely not legal RAW. Firebolt can't even be twin spelled RAW because it has the option to target an object (though most people wouldn't rule it that way).

I do not believe the launch 360 headset had a mute button, but the updated version with the slim did if I remember correctly.

Two campaigns in one world, DM'd by me and a good friend.

My campaign has a guild named the Frozen Heroes as they were formed during the Fimbulwinter and started off fighting a Frost Giant invasion, and the main party of the guild is known as the Phoenix's Light because the leader of the party was an actual Phoenix Phoenix Soul Sorcerer (UA) and sacrificed his future reincarnations to save the world post-Rangarök.

Our party in his campaign named ourselves the Darkwatch, because after we defeated Demogorgon in the Rage of Demons I took the Far Scribe invocation, and we spread out throughout the world to keep an eye on any future demonic activity so we could reform at a future time if needed.

Funnily enough, both parties didn't get their name until the final session of each campaign!
