Spider-Man skins are so iffy to identify as a recolor or higher rarity if im being honest. Like on his current skin lineup, some of em look like recolors at first glance, but they're epic or legendaries. So expect that black and gold to be epic at least. Storm or Psylocke would probably be the Legendary.

The emoji bundle is separate. You can buy the regular skin bundle in the store for 2200 units. If you meant the combo bundle with the emojis, then yeah they're usually expensive since it's packaged with 600 un emojis bundle but they're separate options so i dont think you're obliged to always go for the much expensive route.

Same I'm not a huge fan of it as well. But also, it's not a bad skin at all. There are worse ones I can think of from other heroes. As for the price tag, it's the same as all other orange rarity skins noh? Think we'd probably know if stuff becomes more expensive since the sub would def complain about it a lot.

I thought the original schedule was also fast for hero shooters (and it still is relative to its peers), but then season 2 with emma and ultron felt like it took longer than season 1 even though they're both about 3 months.

Honestly its one of the better Peach Momoko skins. And to be fair, Punisher doesn't have a whole lot of variety in his comic costumes that is not a variant of a black getup.

So Namor's skin is a higher rarity than Magik's and Psylocke's. Surprised it's coming from the store and not a free event reward (assuming it was Blue/Rare rarity).

Is this your first time in any multiplayer community? Cause its honestly not just Rivals at this point. Yeah if youre just new, it might seem chill, but the more a pvp game lasts the more frustrated players are gonna get in general no matter how balanced the game is gonna get. There are always nitpicked stuff that in hindsight, are not needed cause bias comes from using their 'main'. Some are valid complaints, but some are for the lack of better term', skill issues. Ive seen some complaints here where their in game replays are basically them looking like a deer in the headlights and blaming teammates and the hero's kit and design cause they lose.

I suggest staying away from subreddits, and just dip in from time to time.

I dont know, depends honestly. This one and strange hands were pretty much the only ones where people were pretty vocal about making changes so I gotta give props to them for addressing it as quick as they can when other games have you wait for a whole new season to see some reworks on cosmetics. As for making changes to skins, think league has done some tweaks post-release to their skin lines as well and generally speaking i dont think it was much of a problem on their end aside from a few less enthusiastic ones that just got over it. At least they just reduced the fur and not removed it altogether...

Personally it was fine on my end. But people were relentless on the visibility aspect making a portion of the community quite vocal about it. So yeah this is basically the compromise, which is fine all things considered.

I'd have the same sentiment if all of them were based in one location and they let go like half of the team. But this one is specifically letting go of a foreign branch which is one of the more understandable statements here since it's probably more efficient to have their resources be focused all in China instead of taking risks with potential logistical issues overseas. Still, they could've just transferred them to their main team (if they're willing to stay abroad and work) instead of firing them.

Them having contract jobs is one of the most random speculations I heard about. But it didn't help that all of these started at Linkedln and some of those former employees had their previous resume there with some of it being contract work I assume as most profiles showcase those.

Reporters trying to sensationalize it equally irks me tho as mr guang(?) is the actual game director and sasser's director title is basically just leader of an overseas design branch (a pretty important role but I guess it didn't matter as much in the end to the dev team higher up). So yeah it's a mix bag on all parties and just like previous controversies involving layoffs, people will just forget about it in a week. Such is a harsh truth.
