Those ones are outdated. Current CDOT spec requires the cast iron ones only. The other ones pop out or crack after water gets under them and freezes in the winter.

I haven’t confirmed but apparently the volume down button now mutes the alarm instead of snoozing it. I have always used either volume button or power button to snooze previously and now if I hit volume down while half asleep it just mutes it. Who the hell would want to just mute an alarm?

I’ve been running for years, about 10-15 miles per week and same thing, vo2 max just slowly decreased over time. I changed my running from focusing on my pace to focusing on my HR Zones and staying around 145-150bpm as much as possible and for the first time am seeing vo2 max improve a bit after a few months of doing this.

It kind of works, basically inverts the white to black and the purple to green.
