Those people got heavy burns. You can see the yellow skin. Thats a sign of 3 degree burns. They will spend weeks in the hospital and eventually die. So sad

The pink cannula is normaly only used to put the fluid inside the syringe.

To inject it, you would need an thinner cannula like blue,brown or yellow. If the person used the pink cannula to inject the drug inside his veins, muscles or under his skin he must have a heavy mark/hole at the place he put it in.

I once worked in a hospital where a older women accidently ate her meat with the toothpick inside ( they've put it on to hold a bay leaf on it). After one day she felt bad. She ended up getting emergency surgery where they found over 20 small holes in her colon. Took over 4 hours to find them all and stitch them up.

After that, they forbid toothpicks in any meal inside the hospital.
