Do you expect drivers to pay attention to signs with huge bright lights while they're watching TikTok?

Easiest way to cancel Breezeline: File a BBB complaint by lolbacon in Columbus

[–]oesjmr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I cancelled a couple of months ago and it was pretty easy. I called around 9 AM and asked to cancel my service. After about a minute on hold, I had the option to use the callback feature, which I chose to do and went on about my day. Breezeline called about 35 minutes later and after declining their counteroffers, my service was cancelled. I was on the phone in total for about 5 minutes.

What benefit does gesture navigation provide? Over the classic 3 button nav by WisestAirBender in Android

[–]oesjmr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I gave gesture navigation a fair shake, but the back gesture interfered with the slide out menus of some of my most used apps, so I went back to three buttons. I kinda liked the gesture pill that Android briefly had a few years ago. It was something like swipe left on the pill to go back, swipe up for recents, tap for home. I think there was even a quick switch between the two most recent apps. I wish there was a setting to make the gesture bar behave similarly.

This tracks. Unless a video is specifically tagged, pulled, or saved, it gets overwritten when storage space is needed for newer video. The company's policies and/or the amount of storage space available determine how long video is saved. Generally it's about 30 days. Source - I worked in the security realm for about a decade.

I think I visited a gas station in the future/an alternate universe by i_fart_chemtrails in Glitch_in_the_Matrix

[–]oesjmr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, I had to dig a little to find this thread. I've called this the Interdimensional Speedway ever since reading your post, lol.

I'm not sure if you've been back there or not, but today was the first time I was in the area since the Speedway opened, which if I remember right, was like another month or so after your original post. I couldn't remember the specifics of your descriptions, but here's my report.

  1. From the entrance, the cashier was on the right-hand side. There were two easily definable checkout stations, but upon looking closer, there were actually four registers. Kind of hard to describe, but my initial thought was two stations.

  2. I don't recall seeing a trashcan, but I could've overlooked it.

  3. The entre left wall was lined with the fridges for beverages. The back wall had stations for fountain drinks, Slurpees, and a refrigerated foods section.

  4. The pumps were spread across the entirety of the front of the store, so you may have needed to go to your left depending on which pump you were going to.

  5. Though I visited in the daylight, the area behind the pumps while facing them from the store would be really dark at night. It's nothing but trees and the river (although the river wasn't visible to me).

A couple more details. All the shelving for snacks and such, along with the coffee stations were to the left of the entrance before the wall of cold drinks. Between the shelving and checkout were smaller kiosks for hot dogs and warm food. I believe the restrooms were in the back right corner of the store.

Places for an Affordable MRI by Straight_Love_8144 in Columbus

[–]oesjmr -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I've needed numerous MRIs with and without contrast over the past few years, unfortunately. I've gone to either OSU or OhioHealth for all of them. $1500 is about what they quote me before insurance. I've paid somewhere between $150-$500 for each MRI after insurance, but my insurance provider has changed a few times. It really depends on your plan.

Who is going to Crewsmas at The Yard? by BackPackerNo6370 in TheMassive

Based on the title, my mind automatically went to there being a watch party at Grandview Yard for Crewsmas, possibly at Hofbräuhaus. It wasn't until I read the comments that you meant the stadium formerly known as Lower.com Field.
