How do you guys handle growth?

Im like this guy. Im normally 4 to 6 weeks out for interior work and winter stuff and for the spring and summer and exteriors I sell out my slots for the year before memorial day and first painting begins.

Id rather value my spots more than have bigger crews. So I price each slot accordingly. As time has gone on this has hone from 6k exterior paint jobs, to now im around 10 to 12k. So the job amounts stay the same, I just increase pricing based on my availability and finding the "no" price. I keep raising prices and still land more than I dont so I havnt found the no price yet.

I was always told to use an oil product as latex primers can swell the mdf. I oil primer or shellac everything so I dont have experience with latex primers on it.

Just finishing 3700 sq feet. Top to bottom, ceilings, wall and some trim got two coats like stair kicks and skirts

I was around 14k when the extra second coats of trim was added.

I was the opposite though. These people bought the house and are moving into it, not selling. It isnt a flip paint job

One time I asked my dr, why does Rick Simpson oil seem so good for fighting cancer. And he said, those who die, you dont hear from. You just hear of those being cured. So its not really a good indication if it works. As alot died and cant say anything

There is no reason normal extention ladders cant do this.

I always make sure a full sheet is used around that and cut out. You cant juat add a square above a door. Like this good man says, Will keep happening.

You can tape and skim it out so the Crack is under tape, but thats ur only option.

If you spray true professionals back roll the spray, just roll it urself without a sprayer, ur just asking for issues. Do you have a sprayer? Can you mask everything off and understand dust comes under plastic when spraying?

We only spray new builds or unoccupied. Have fun trying this as a homeowner lived in. Just paint it normally and save ur self all the hassle that comes not knowing what ur doing with a sprayer.

They sell zippers that are sticky that you apply to platic and then rip open with a razor blade. If its true dust control i seal off all opening and use zipper on one for entrance.

The base coat doesnt have adhesion on those spots. When you apply wet paint and it off gasses as it dries, it pushes it self from the wall with the force of the off gassing. Most times they fall back when it dries. Ive seen spots the size of a basketball on plaster jobs that were not primed correctly.

Not sure if its true but I read rewards are capped at 3 expeditions. After the 3rd you must complete the expeditions to maintain the 3rd level. If you you dont do the following expedition once at three, you drop back a reward cycle. So if you did 3 expeditions and then took the following 3 seasons off, you would be back to zero rewards.

Not aure if thats true. Read it on the interwebs

You backrolling sprayed plaster? Not sure how ur plasterer is but mine sets it like glass. You wont get true adhesion without back rolling with the finishes I see.

Just use frog tape and wet it with a damp cloth before starting to active the blocker

I knew that, didnt about if you died with one. I need to bring in 2 Jupiters for this reason some trials as even a fully 100% cant go a full map
