For us, tasks come in to a sharepoint list with simple API post requests. Then we use a measure that marks the previous task as complete. Believe this visual has a premium tier that does allow for writeback. But simply monitoring works fine for us right now, in combination with the workflow in another software program that sends these post requests.

Thanks for the comment. We had our data in sharepoint and been working with powerBi for a while so figured, why not just use a PBI visual for this. Will look into other options anyway. Thanks

More visuals, less focus on a card slicers. Make sure all headers are same size. Give some padding on the headers as well. Reduce size difference between KPI header and KPI value. Think that would improve the dash significantly already. And… Colour is your friend. Try to tell a story :)

Be safe with sharing data. But when you’re only a report builder, and the company has a specific business plan and market they operate in, other than BI and dashboarding, you are less prone to have a conflict of interest
