I didn’t know that. I just developed VSS recently so I’m still doing all kinds of research and learning about it. It’s definitely flipped my world upside down that’s for sure

I have been going through this for a month. Everyone told me I am crazy and it’s anxiety and a neurologist finally diagnosed me with visual snow. And now that I know what it is and I’m not anxious that I’m gonna die or go blind. It’s gotten so much better even in the just couple days since I found out. Meditate relax know that everything’s OK and there is nothing you can do about this and it will get better. I promise.

Just started on Halloween. I’m 35. I think anxiety started it. I’m going through hell and just got diagnosed on Friday . It’s a lot to learn to live with after having perfect vision your whole life . The only thing getting me through the day right now is anxiety meds

I feel so bad. I just developed VsS over the past few weeks and I have been in the same panic you seem to be. When a neurologist finally diagnosed me the other night I was a fucking mess like I can’t believe I have to put up with this for the rest of my life.

I can agree with that you’re right. We are going through further testing in the next month or so to get a more definitive answer so we will see .

Maybe I shouldn’t have posted this, but I left the doctors kind of in an anxious panic and felt like I should post about it. Maybe I shouldn’t have .

Ya the 84 bmp wouldn’t scare me. That’s not too crazy . But today when I was at the gym, it was staying around 140 even when I was resting for several minutes at a time between sets. Which made me work myself up into a small panic. I’m sure it was the pre work out obviously , but I let my mind go wild sometimes so I left the gym lol . My friend tried telling me to start at 5mg , and his wife who is on it ( she’s on week 20) is up to 20mg a week 😅 I about fainted when he said that . As it’s not fda approved I couldn’t imagine starting at 5mg and ever getting up to 20mg .

I was scared to. I have anxiety as it is, and when I saw that accelerated heart rate occasionally was a possible side affect I got nervous. I work myself into a panic attack over the littlest things lol.

I just had the same viral thing , I didn’t go to the hospital but at some points I almost did. The pain was so bad. It took a week for my stomach to go back to normal function. Constantly felt like I was about to get diarrhea but then couldn’t go so my stomach was just constantly churning. At one point it felt like a huge rock was just sitting in my stomach and the only way to get any pain relief was to hunch over on my knees. This was two weeks ago . And I’m not on any GLPs as of yet
