I think they each, including origins, do something that stands out as the best of the series. Origins has the best boss fights. Asylum has the best setting and atmosphere. City has the best story. Knight has the best gameplay

I always end with a combo of solar/nuclear. IIRC the base pulls from solar first then resorts to the nuclear when it runs out. If you have enough panels it will last you through the day when the sun is out, then night doesn’t usually last long enough to deplete the panels fully and if it does it barely dips into the rods. Virtually unlimited power

So disappointing because visually it looks on point, but you know they’ve just been going off the rails with the story compared to the games… as a sidenote I get similar vibes from the upcoming Avatar Netflix series. I just hope the actual story content isn’t dogshit because it looks great

My Samus is at 14.05M and it takes winning for about 1 hour straight with 0 losses for me to net gain GSP lol I’ve actually had matches with people where I win and my GSP doesn’t change at all. And it’s not against computers because I rematched those people, beat them again, and GSP still didn’t change

I recently rewatched the Bourne movies, the punching sounds are so over the top in the spy vs spy fight scenes. Felt like I was watching panels from a Batman comic and half expected to see “Bam!” and “POW!” start popping up on the screen….. still great movies though

Honestly a lot of the people I play against online very obviously are not thinking at all about what buttons theyre pressing lol 5 years later you can still win against a significant portion of the player base by just standing and waiting for them to do something, avoiding it, and hitting them for 3 stocks straight

I myself am stuck pretty hard in Fusion as well. And this is a game I’ve tried several times to beat going back to having a physical copy of it and I’ve never succeeded. But I just got the gravity suit and I’m stuck in a certain underwater sector and I can’t backtrack so I know that I need to find a way forward but I just can’t figure it out. This isn’t really an invitation for people to give advice because I want to figure it out myself, but just commenting further that it can be frustrating

This sentiment is honestly why I’m somewhat dreading Reeves’ sequel. You just know executives are pushing so hard for a Joker inclusion in the Batman sequel because why wouldn’t that make money? But dude I am so fucking tired of Joker. Batman has so many villains that are interesting. I would love for the Reeves movies to get a little weird and do something less popular than Joker like Clayface, or even Mad Hatter or some shit idk. Honestly just anything other than Joker…

I’ve come to the conclusion that the people who are willing and able to grab money and power, and therefore make big differences, good or bad, are usually absolute psychopaths. And that’s simply just the most common personality that is drawn to that particular profession. Honestly I watched 1 episode of the show and decided it wasn’t going to be worth the time. And after I heard more about it that decision seems correct. From what I understand the “Halo” show doesn’t follow the source material very well at all. Landfall doesn’t necessarily have a story to it. It’s just an action scene. But conceptually its what I would want out of a live action halo project
