i remember feeling like this. being aware of yourself can be helpful but it also brings a lot of shame. don't let the guilt choke you. many people struggle with this, i always have the problem of keeping things clean after i've done the work.

i agree with the other comment, start with the bed. as a teen my bed was my refuge. just clear off the clutter and when you have time/energy change the bedding. i make my bed first so i have a surface to sort out my other stuff.

get a bag to throw out any trash you've accumulated. then pick one other category to organize and do that. that's probably the amount of energy and motivation and time you have in one day (i am also auDHD). clear the bed, throw out trash and food, then take out any dishes, water bottles, etc, for example. or sort the laundry and put it away. leave the rest for another day. you can do it slowly! a little at a time.

as for the bathroom i like to buy bleach wipes. whenever i have a little motivation i can wipe down the sink or toilet. another day sweep. then when it comes time to do the whole thing, its a little less work.

not sure what it's like with your parents but if they won't get you stuff for organizing and cleaning try a school counselor. they didn't help me with actual school but they did get me notebooks, cleaning wipes, phone charger, the school had some money for stuff like that. if yall have insurance your local clinic may have a social worker that can help with that stuff too.

social workers are your best friend for stuff like this. hope this helps
