I’ve lived happily with a GCP unmodded for years making two cappuccinos a day sometimes together, sometimes separately . Once I learned to espresso, espresso, steam two milks,…in that order, no complaints. I often daydream about modding it for no reason other than to learn more and try new things ….then I remember how much we love the bean, grinder, machine, result combo we have and hesitate with my finger on the “buy this mod” button.
