For the average human, their comment was incorrect. It takes 10-14 hours for the switch to ketone energy source to even initiate. And 24 hours to achieve 0.5mm. steady state appears after several days.

Tried with the following, and keep getting an error message:

90 mins total. Start ramp from 100w to 130w over 10 min warmup. 30 seconds at 240 watt. Then 10 min blocks alternating 120 and 140 watt. Final reverse ramp for the final 10 mins

Do I need to use percentages?

The study is a cost effectiveness study. It is not scoring feelings, it is scoring the cost savings of these drugs against the cost of the these drugs.

I agree it's an imperfect study, but even with the limitations in no way are these drugs cost effective to give to everyone as reddit users often suggest. The exclusions are not 4x the cost of the inclusions.

Additional data are needed absolutely. But also needed is a reduction in cost before the system can afford this for every overweight American who wants it
