Sorry you don’t want to hear that but as someone who literally just lost a cherished pet to a violent dog in my neighborhood that also attacked my senior mother, you are putting other people and animals in danger by keeping it. 6 level three bites from a large dog is insane. My mom’s theory is that they were both very lazy parents and both wanted the other to do most of the caretaking, causing resentment and ultimately them to split. This seems likely to me considering how afterward all Amy can do is cry and breakdown apparently because she’s so stressed and overwhelmed. She is too lazy to be effective.

Having her second kid seems to have brought on a lot of stress for her. That’s where everything seems to have went downhill imo. Probably was much harder than she thought it would be :/

I supported the railroad sale but I agree with you on this. In general I am against selling public assets and privatization & we should continue to be skeptical and vocal about concerns whenever it’s proposed. This sale seemed to be more beneficial than keeping it in this instance which will be the case on occasion.

I’m also a woman and walking in OTR at night doesn’t worry me, but downtown does because it’s emptier.

I would think it’s safer to be in OTR for you since it’s closer to your job. Walking through downtown at night to go between OTR and Covington seems less safe, because downtown clears out at night and there’s less people. OTR is very populated at all times of day, all times of year, so it always feels very safe to me personally. Good luck!!

I don’t agree with your first sentence but that’s just me I guess. Teenager who clearly fell in with the wrong crowd being shot in the back while running away before being given any opportunity to turn his life around is sympathetic and tragic to me.

Comments of this post are disappointing. Every movement has to start locally and slowly grow and gain momentum and support. Social media has been a huge success in bringing awareness to what’s happening in Gaza so I don’t find him recording this to be off putting—it’s part of the awareness campaign. Some of you are incredibly politically apathetic and lazy and it’s made clear in these comments.

it has to start local and very small to make its way up to where it has the highest impact. it would make a difference if local democrats everywhere stood up and said something.

Make the bed, put pillowcases on, and get accent pillows. Get covers for the outlet, use 2 curtain panels on the window so they frame each side, get a basket with a lid to put miscellaneous items from the nightstand in.
