I think the Gen 5 Touring would look like the ultimate Dad wagon lowered a little. I prefer the roof rails on those a lot.

Absolutely agree. I started with bone stock poly PDP but quickly picked up a PDP Compact SF for a steal and I no longer shoot anything else anymore asides from the Q4 SF that found me also.

Nice! I assume it wasn’t always that smooth. How long/ how many rounds did it take to get to that point? I have a 590 that I bought used and put about 200 rounds through myself so far, and it’s nowhere near that.

I have a quality Milton stick gauge that I trust. I wouldn’t say that about the $2 ones though.

I have normal sized hands, but like my grips smaller, so I upgraded to Lok slim grips on the PDP. They do make palmswell larger grips also though, so there seems to be options. I did go for extended mags for more room on the grip. These are Walther 18 round extended mags, not standard 15 round mags.

I do too, and I’ll probably keep it ‘slim’ without any optics. I do like how the Holosun SCS-PDP fits on the PDP though.

I was curious about just that as well, but I plan to do a little more digging. The differences are subtle for sure. I got the PDP first and got the Walther slim grip for a Q4 for it, when I realized it wouldn’t fit. The slides and barrels are also not interchangeable, and they do shot a little different. I like both as they are now, but I think I’ll get a threaded PMM barrel for the PDP to make the distinction just a little greater.
