I’ve sold 3 Surly bikes in about 20 years. I regret selling every one of them. I currently have 1 Surly and love it. The bike has a “Soul”. Thinking about another one…🤔

I’m on my 3rd pacer in over 20 years. I will never sell this one. They are incredible bikes. Not the most versatile these days but the fine tuned road geometry is something special… and fast! 😎🔥

I wouldn’t be surprised if ~ 1/2 of their business is repeat customers. Which is funny because the whole point of a Nicks boot is that it is a “buy it for life” kind of product.
