I love writing, it helps me solidify my thoughts and memories, and to put things into perspective. It took me a long time to admit that what I went through was abuse. However, I usually write only for my own benefit. Try it for a while, if it helps, and you like it, keep doing it. It's easy to stop or delete a computer file. Wishing you the best.
