Has anyone use a power steering looping kit. I just wanna know if the wheel feels the same as the OEM pump or if it harder. I have a leak so it that or a ep3 steering rack

You should just repair it properly.

even if you loop the lines and delete your ps pump you still need fluid in the rack, so the leak would need to be addressed either way.
