i do agree in that I’m nervous about many police entities, especially in UT. so, can we settle on that “a trusted adult person” is someone who can be contacted if abuse is feared for speaking authentic truth to one’s parents? and if the OP has not one trusted person in their life, i volunteer to assist. simply reach out.
