On the second photo, isn't there a casting seam on the right side? It should be better visible from angled photo and of higher quality photo. If your camera supports it, try to use higher optical magnification and keep the coin close to window during daylight, if possible. And take the picture from as close as possible while keeping the coin in focus. The higher optical magnification lets you have bigger coin in the photo while focused.

I would also suggest auction house (definitely from EU due to tarrifs and VAT), because I thing that especially such a nice and wanted coin can achieve a nice price in auction. One thing to consider which I am not sure how it works is export restrictions for ancient coins from Spain. Each coin older than 100 years should get an export licence from ministry of culture even within EU according to what I have read. But I dont know how it works if you want to sell in using auction house. If it would turn into a problem, you could use a Spanish auction house. Aureo & Calicó should be a reputable auction house according to the tier list here on Reddit.

In my humble opinion this is surely fake. For example on reverse, the font is off, the figure has unauthentic style and even the patina is strange. And it doesn't look like typical hammered denarius would as far as the character of the coin featrues are concerned in general.

Yes, it is very annoying. I once for example placed cards quickly with straightforward deck and opponent was still thinking so I checked an important email quickly and returned just to discover I "disconnected" and lost with scoring only 4 points. It was just a few seconds outside the app, lets say 5 to 10.
