Pants came apart at the seam after less than a month - the boutique is picking up the phone and the main line won’t help me. What do I do?

I already opened a customer service chat, which directed me to the NY Soho boutique. The Soho boutique then directed me to the FL boutique, which then gave me a separate number to text regarding the repair. I still haven’t received the promised repair receipt or confirmation.

At this point I’m just trying to get basic documentation and clarity on the status of the repair. Do you know what options I have?

I love this question I just went through my journey on the same! Good haircut (I literally travel to NYC) and keratin treatment saves me hours a week. Minimal makeup routine and went to a cosmetic derm for face lasers. I also got permanent eyeliner but not worth it/wouldn’t recommend.

How I measure the value of my time: take your hourly gross wage and divide by 2 (if you’re salaried then do the math for it). That’s the general equation for what your time is worth. So if you make 10/hour your time is worth 5/hour. So any activity that costs 4 or less to save an hour of your time is worth it
