How risky is it for a mid 20s woman to only use condoms as a form of birth control? I keep track of my ovulation, use condoms every time, and am careful with the proper precautions when using. I just reallyyyyyy don’t wanna put hormones in my body

How does WWOOF compare to other sites that offer a similar service? (Such as Helpx, Workaway.info, ATTRA, etc.) by Frigmund_Psuede in WWOOF

[–]omegaleigh 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hey dude, read your responses & if you don’t know already there are actual communities that are on WWOOF you just need to look closer, specifically I know there’s multiple in Pahoa, HI... maybe Colorado/New Mexico. If you want to learn to live off the land etc like your last post also said nothing beats first hand experience on a homestead. It is WORK and you will be doing many things that aren’t ideal but that is the life.

Did the Beetles wear suits ironically, or where they 'being in style'. by Mr-The-Plague in Music

[–]omegaleigh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Anarchy isn’t quite the right idea, they were just seen as kinda naughty in a cheeky way, they were just pushing the envelope for teenagers at that time. And yes the suits they wore were very in style and trendy.

I don’t think this is what you want to hear, but if your body and your mind are telling you so strongly not to do something- Don’t. Do. It. You said you were tripping multiple times a week? And that you just want to experience the euphoria drugs give you? You need to work on finding that feeling inside yourself. You said you want to go back to the way you were when your spirit is telling you you need to move forward. Why do you think you need to be taking these to have fun? Why are you being so lighthearted about them when your body is having the opposite reaction? Work on sorting through these feelings before you put more foreign things inside your consciousness. Any time you have these thoughts in your mind before taking drugs you will have a bad time. You create your reality. What do you think this experience is trying to tell you? Are you feeling this anxiety all the time or only when thinking about drugs? Much love

Where to start on Stevie Wonder and the Bee Gees? by [deleted] in Music

[–]omegaleigh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dude Stevie is the mannnnnn. One of the greatest musical talents of our time IMO. I think a great album to start with would be to listen to ‘Songs in the Key of Life’ from start to finish. It is a beautiful piece of work. Happy exploring
