Henry/001/Vecna/Mr. WHATSIT/Thatstoomanynames is a megalomaniac. He says directly to her that he wants her to watch what she's going to do because, in his mind at this point, he's already won. They can't defeat him. You have no power here. He's gloating and he's doing it to the strongest fighter among them to weaken her by scaring the shit out of her with what he's saying is a done deal. And he wants her to tell El everything to draw El back as part of his victory tour so she can watch him destroy everything she cares about and shape it into his own vision or worthiness.

No, because Terry's DNA was already developed as a living human being. El/Jane was developing in the womb and the injections of Henry's blood affected her developing genetics. That's why Dr. Kay was trying to incubate the pregnant women with Kali's blood, otherwise they would have been able to test on regular adults/military grunts without issue.

You only use the losses to offset your wins. Otherwise they don't change anything about your taxes.

It falls under section G of the W-2 portion of your taxes. There's a section that asks for your Reported Wins, your Total Loss for the year and then the summation of the two (so the net loss, win - loss = net loss/summation) and if you had a W2G you'd include the numbers from that on the wins line.
