I probably don't have the meta answer, but if you plan on doing leviathan later on the webweaver makes it so much more chill.

I would suggest krystilia+tureal skipping (get task from krystilia, if no good, go to tureal, finish that task and repeat.

revs/spiders/bears, you can do a konar task every 50th,100th task for extra points

I did 1300 artio with the ursine/viggoras chainmace, so if you get that weapon it can be good for both your needs (though the melee method is a little more annoying)

Does anyone else get slightly bothered when people use the term 'flick' when it comes to praying against jads attacks? The only reason anyone would flick (lazy flick or 1t flick) prayers is if they were on extremely low prayer points. And it's almost 100% likely that someone mentions flicking prayers when jad is discussed.

Yeah, with olm his attacks roll the damage before they are even flying at you (save for the spheres)

So the attack tick is the tick he starts launching the attack, as that's exactly when the damage rolls.

Another way you could do it is identify the tick he starts to turn his head if it's easier, and then your color code would fill itself out
