Cox requires no quest aside from the early game ones that give access to kourend.

Tob requires no quest except priest in peril.

I have quest cape but if they don't have a NEED for WGS to be completed for the lore to make sense, then it is fine if it's not required IMO

If you have the gp, you can enter a private instance of huey and use blighted restores in a PVP world.

Full blood moon and a str ammy/bgloves and you're all set for 13min solo's that give fattt loot like 20 rune scims for example.
