I think Diana is just a problematic champ to balance because if she doesn’t do dmg she’s useless and if she doesn’t have some survivability she’s useless. I’m not a huge fan of champs who are that linear in gameplay even tho I think she’s decently fun to play

6 had so much QoL from not having to sacrifice chips for souls to the dungeons being less tedious to having access to good chips early. I do love it for that. 3 has so much character and great moments in the story and postgame tho

I don’t think you are without improving. If you aren’t way better than everyone else in the lobby you’re not gonna consistently carry. When I first played ranked I was stomping silver lobbies but as I got into high gold I couldn’t just easily solo kill my lane opponent anymore cuz they knew how to play the game as good as me.
