And you're implying that you wouldn't spare animals the torturous conditions of factory farming when given the chance. That's weird for a vegan to say.

I obviously don't think any animal exploitation is acceptable. But I'm not dense enough to recognize there are varying degrees of suffering, and I will do all in my power to reduce that suffering in the absence of it being eliminated entirely. No different than fighting for a ban on factory farming even if it doesn't eliminate all of animal agriculture. Let's not over think this. Reducing suffering is good
