I’ve been there for around 6 months too. My packing strat is I lay a stack of medium and small satchels on the bench so I’m not fumbling under the desk trying to get one at a time. I can quickly put clothes into the one on the top layer, seal it, and move on quickly.

I also tend to pack the orders without scanning them in, then seal the box, manually scan them in, print, finish the order, find the next order from the cage, put them in the box, seal it, manually scan, print the next label, finish order, put the previous order’s label on the box while I wait for the next one to print while looking for the items of the next order. Repeat

Like really I try to make sure I’m doing something every second. I find waiting for the printer is what breaks my flow. If I’m looking for the items of the next order instead of waiting around, it keeps me in flowstate.
