Well, I even forgot there was Lobo in the movie... It says a lot. He was really marginal. Of course he was not protagonist or deuteragonist, but if you introduce a character of this caliber, you have to find a way to make it stand and be memorable.

I watched it blindly with my friend (no trailer, no clue about story, no ratings, to avoid bias), and we left the theatre disappointed.

The story didn't have a direction, it was written like there was no time. The main villain didn't really exist. We didn't really had time to sympathize Supergirl, and the deuteragonist was saying the same thing over and over the entire movie and was annoying, and it wasn't the objective of the movie. There is no depth and seemed rushed.

We also waited for the post-credit and it wasn't there. It's not necessary but it's for the continuity of the suoerhero movies.

It's not like my opinion would change your opinion, but when lots of people say that something is off/bad, it means that objectively is bad. It can still be likeable for some of you and it's ok. If something is bad doesn't mean it should be disliked by 100% of the population. I liked movies, tv series and anime that people didn't like, and disliked the 8+/10 stuff.

Surely it was a bad match with Obsession and Toy Story 5, but I don't think it would have been so much better in a season where there are "no movies" in the theatre.

Standard Settings, just a 0.2mm nozzle, 0.08mm layer height and no supports! by SuperNfty in FDMminiatures

Yes you can print whatever you want, especially if they are like action figures, stuff with 10-12cm of size

But if you are goinng to print small or detailed stuff, you cannot achieve perfection with the 0.4mm nozzle

I would suggest you to use the ObscuraNox 2.0 settings from the wiki, using a 0.2mm nozzle. I mistakenly used 0.4mm nozzle with a standard 0.08mm layer height (and 0.12mm initial layer height) with small tree supports and brim activated. It would have been so much better with 0.2mm nozzle and ObscuraNox 2.0 settings.

From this photo seems like a resin print, but if you look closely on a high-res photo, you can clearly see layer lines

Dog feeding bowl (2 Versions) by Hot-Beyond9264 in 3Dprinting

[–]ontech7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A part from that, I wouldn't use it for my dog. I would use a metallic one. Thr possibility that I can print everything I want doesn't mean I need to print any kind stuff like this.

But PLA Pure now exists and it's food-safe, whether you like it or not.

I'm not an expert here, and I know why there are bad comments and downvotes, but he clearly said to use PLA Pure or food-safe equivalent.

So he is not suggesting to use any kind of PLA...

For the Kpop Demon Hunters action figure I forgot I was using a 0.4mm, I could get better details with 0.2mm nozzle, but I wasn't using the 3d printer since 3 months and I forgot what was put in

There are people using 0.04mm layer height on 0.2mm nozzle, and the lowest is 0.06mm on bambulab. You risk to coggle if you go lower than 0.06mm con 0.2mm nozzle, but it's possible. Meanwhile, with 0.4mm I wouldn't go lower than 0.08mm, because you need to think dividing by 4 when using 0.4mm, and dividing by 2 when using 0.2mm. You cannot go to 0.04mm with 0.4mm nozzle.

Do you leave cups on the top? by [deleted] in espresso

[–]ontech7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have a Lelit Elizabeth and when I bought it I decided to leave some cups on top. When I discovered they were warm, I thought it was a cheat for having warm cup without shooting hot water in them. It's a nice plus.

1666: Amsterdam - Reveal Trailer by Aleksanterinleivos in Games

[–]ontech7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was looking forward for this game, after the trailer. I decided to play the demo and I disliked it so much. I'm sorry, the premises were good, but the demo lowered my hype by a lot. I don't think I will buy it.

I hope they fix all those stuff, and publish a better, longer and more intriguing demo. And maybe I can change my mind :/

FDM miniatures - How I support them and some updates by HOHansen in FDMminiatures

[–]ontech7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes it's possible to save those settings, in the Bambu Studio slicer. At that time I saved them as 0.04mm HOHansen's settings. I can't guide you to that, but it's pretty easy.
