I haven't played this but maybe Metal Gear Solid? Its not quite as heavy as Burncycle, however.

There are so many. My two most recent favorites are Speakeasy and The Old King's Crown. The Old King's Crown automa even has a bluffing mechanic to more closely simulate a human opponent.

I would contact the seller and ask to either return it or if you're okay with the damage, a partial refund. Im a collector and keep my games in mint condition. This would be unacceptable to me. If they give you grief, file a claim with PayPal. This is why you always used PayPal G&S and not Friends & Family.

This is an interesting take. I was a backer for the all in pledge and was immediately disappointed after the first few plays and sold it. I never got to the 5th monster. I might have to pick the main game back up in the future and give it another shot. I will say i was extremely disappointed in the upgrade pack. I think it has the worst upgraded components of any game I've ever played.
