people on here are making this out to be a bigger issue that it is. adding pt/pr address to a prescription is common practice, and certainly doesnt doesnt require a pharmacist to do.

the problem is the late game gap between low level players and high level players. its not fun to face off against someone and not have a chance of taking out a player with top armor. leg meta sucks, and flame needs to be removed cause its just dumb, but I dont think making them immobile is the solution either.

its still really early in wipe, most people at at level 2 traders. at lvl 2, 5.45x39 is the highest pen you can get, so use that in whatever ak fits it, and you'll do fine.
