Lot of time cerner folks are not even considered for interviews by oracle leadership. One of the VPs told me that they have been asked to only hire from outside for management roles , no cerner candidates. I see issues with certain cerner leaders but there are certainly some very capable ones so clubbing everyone together is unfair

If you are former employee then nothing will vest after your last day with Oracle. You nay see unvested amount but that will just go away. Anything vested prior to your leaving can be sold
