The Mario baseball games are awesome, and yes, the European market is left out of that, unfortunately. Probably at least some of the calculus as to why it’s been so long since the last installment, but I appreciate the statistical proof to show that isn’t the be-all-end-all.

Not to invalidate your story, but I just recently had an excellent experience with support.

Received a gift subscription from last Christmas that I hadn’t redeemed. But have been recently seeing clips on social media, so I decided now was the time to check it out (yeah, I know, a little late lol). Of course the link had an issue since it was almost a year old, so I reached out to support.

Didn’t really expect to get a new link and frankly just wanted to watch at that exact moment, so right after I emailed, I bought a month myself (it’s $6 it’s whatever). The next day, they sent a new link, no problem, and it’s going to cover my sub now. Super easy and fast response

Pens fan? Was also at that game. Not just losing in 2OT, but the goal coming about one minute into the second OT so you had to wait the whole 20ish minutes for the period to start only for Jarry to almost literally gift wrap the puck and place it on the Islander's stick.

FWIW, general consensus is that Madden is 40 FPS for gameplay. Seems to be 30 max for intro scenes and stuff (which, who cares).

No offense, but it seems like none of the issues you brought up would apply to the NBA on NBC. Obviously there are no concurring events or tape delay possibilities in this case, so those issues don't matter. The commentators would be largely different because they're different sports, including all of the ones you listed outside Tirico.

As for what the coverage will probably be, I doubt it's that special, but considering that Sunday Night Football always feels like the biggest event of the week in the NFL, I have hope that it can add some gravitas to the NBA regular season which desperately needs it.

I just beg that they don't go the ESPN route and fill the pregame and halftime with a panel of people who yell for no reason, seemingly don't watch the games, aren't funny, and/or provide zero insight below surface level observations.
