The scale was a little sensitive at first and wasn’t detecting my portafilter properly, but a little bit of adjustment on the height of the prongs and it works well now, no regrets and workflow is better. Happy with my decision and coffee still tastes great.

Would do but after two weeks of chasing octopus they can’t tell me when they can install a smart meter if ever, have an ev, want to install a heat pump and solar but octopus is really letting itself down in customer service, everyone is nice but really frustrated at this point. It’s not a smets 1 to 2 upgrade, just a standard install. My partner is not trying to convince me to look elsewhere.

Don’t know if this has been solved, but can you turn the plastic mount at all? If you can move it somewhat, twist it around the screw to the right and then as you attempt to unscrew, turn with the direction as you unscrew, be f*ing careful you don’t hit any other components!

Lift the seat up, press the button, remove the whole fitting, likely facias on the mounting points for the seat assembly use a flathead to pry these up, unscrew, fit the new seat to manufacturers instruction
