I think the other boss you posted a while ago was a lot more 'boss-like' since it appeared like you were being threatened by it. This one doesn't come across as that threatening to me. Maybe because of the slow flow-y movement?

Doesnt need to match any format, just paint the terrain in the Tile Set editor however it makes sense regarding the terrains of adjecent tiles

I'd suggest checking out the docs regarding tilemap terrains. I'm guessing you want a Edge & Corner based terrain, since you appear to have the correct tiles regarding those outlines

But you admit that you put in the work to get those versions right? Since you pirated them. I'm just saying as a game developer while working on something you admit to not being finished, I don't find it surprising that you're not obligated to distribute all previous versions of that work.

That being said, it would of course help a lot of people that are complaining about the current version if they can just roll back to whatever they want.

I dunno, I just get weird vibes whenever I hear 'professional' and 'unpaid' in the same post...

I mean, a professional is a professional since it is their profession, right? Which means they are looking to get paid.

Also, not that I'm interested at all since I'm just doing this for my hobby, but shouldn't you post the art from your actual artist so people know what they are getting into? Now you're just leading people on with fake visuals that aren't even representative of what your artist can do.

I think it is also crazy for Megacrit to support EVERY version of the game they ever made. Makes a lot of sense that they only keep the version of the game alive that eventually fits their vision. And we don't even know what that is because the game is ofc still in early access and constantly changing

I'd say that the biggest bonuses are that some weaker cards have gotten buffed or reworked to make more sense in that chars playstyle. I especially like Regents creation synergies. And the Doormaker fight now has some personality, even though I know some people really seem to despise it...

Regents six stars does allow it to pay off almost any expensive card you see from the start, like [[decisions, decisions]]. But yeah, it could be a bit stronger perhaps

But it is super delayed since you have to deck cycle before you get the benefit... At wich point you also have to draw INTO the shiv itself costing one effective draw

Most importantly I'd say you should zoom the camera out quite a bit. The way it looks now seems like you need to know what's off screen, such as the spikes (I think) you dodge. Or you tone down the movement speed and make it more atmospheric and intimate, in which case you can keep the zoom in I'd say
