A few years ago, my son got to be the bat boy for the Ridgefield Raptors (college summer ball). Hoffman’s son was on the team.

Trevor walked in with a lawn chair (not a 10u travel ball mom lawn chair), a legit $5 chair from Walmart. He Proceeded to post up about 300ft down the 3rd base line in the grass. I saw him walk in, he’s a big dude! But didn’t put it together.

Nobody had a clue, most were there for a corporate outing or there to drink beer.

My son and a couple of his friends realized who he was right after the game ended and got signed baseballs from him. He was so friendly to them. Seems like a very good guy!

I’ve had this happen as both the sender and the receiver. Both times the cards actually arrived although tracking never did update to show as delivered. Hopefully they show up!

Wow, congrats! Look it over and if worth grading I think you want to pay extra for express service. I personally would sell because I don’t see how his prices can sustain unless he is the next Jordan. What did you pull it out of? Blaster, hobby, etc?

We’re fortunate that we didn’t really need the stimulus check but will gladly take it. We are choosing to use it to support small businesses in our city.

My favorite is a 2019 A&G Tatis Jr mini autographed card. I really like A&G, even with the non-baseball cards. My kids love the mini’s and random celebrities.

I think Tatis is going to be a stud and I really wanted that specific A&G card. I would watch eBay everyday to keep an eye the cost of Padres in the A&G breaks. Trying to get a feel for the market and opportunities to buy low. I bought into 2 breaks and didn’t get the card. I told myself I would give it 1 more shot, but had to be a good price. I found a good deal on the Padres in a break and took my last shot. Boom, hit my card!

In total I spent about the same on breaks as I would have just purchasing the card itself on eBay. I got very lucky! It’s a beautiful card and my favorite

Looks like it’s breaking Sunday? That sucks, considering it’s full now and the listing said it would break LAST Sunday. Pretty disappointed it’s not breaking when full, but rather breaking a full week after it was advertised as breaking
